Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitates and/or drives the stages of the innovation design process
Helps to establish and evolve the product from concept to proof of concept for user testing
Leads the UX research, design, and testing for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences
Advocates for strategic design solutions
Communicates the user experience at various stages of the design process
Delivers work that’s not only user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, but which also produces results
Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features
Mentors more junior designers/researchers
Confidently presents design concepts
Conducts independent research and competitive analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three (3) plus years of proven experience in UI/UX design
concept development
building and shipping products (web, mobile apps, responsive designs)
building and maintaining design systems
gained from working in an innovation agency, startup, tech company or large organization
High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s degree in design, psychology, or research field is preferred
