About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Marketing Production function for the Creative Studio.
- Oversee end-to-end production and project management across a diversity of projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of producers with specialized skill sets.
- Own and refine the studio’s project operating model.
- Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Marketing, and cross-functional leaders.
- Build, implement, and continuously optimize standardized processes, toolkits, and governance.
- Lead resource management across internal and external talent.
- Own the Creative Studio budget and financial operations.
- Establish a best-in-class vendor ecosystem.
- Drive operational visibility and accountability.
- Coach and develop producers at all levels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business or marketing or a related field of study is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of prior communications experience related to journalism, public relations/media relations or marketing required.
