About the role

  • Lead the Marketing Production function for the Creative Studio.
  • Oversee end-to-end production and project management across a diversity of projects.
  • Manage and mentor a team of producers with specialized skill sets.
  • Own and refine the studio’s project operating model.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Marketing, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Build, implement, and continuously optimize standardized processes, toolkits, and governance.
  • Lead resource management across internal and external talent.
  • Own the Creative Studio budget and financial operations.
  • Establish a best-in-class vendor ecosystem.
  • Drive operational visibility and accountability.
  • Coach and develop producers at all levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business or marketing or a related field of study is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of prior communications experience related to journalism, public relations/media relations or marketing required.
