About the role

  • Develops and manages the overall program portfolio, including objectives and deliverables
  • Contributes to the strategic planning and implementation of program objectives
  • Oversees and manages program and support leadership in operations and administration
  • Serves as primary resource for data reporting and analysis for stakeholders
  • Drives complex project management by managing budget, schedule, and scope
  • Works with business partners, vendors, and staff to develop the program and ensure agreement/adoption of objectives
  • Aligns and leads cross-organizational resources to meet program objectives
  • Interfaces with other departments and leaders in program administration
  • Identifies growth opportunities that impact program success
  • Prepares and manages program fiscal budgets with leadership
  • Creates positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Leadership/Management, Business or related field
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Leadership/Management, Business or related field preferred
  • 2 years prior management or related experience including leadership coaching and mentoring experience.
  • 3 prior consulting, strategy, and/or business development experience in a healthcare organization or consulting organization providing services to the healthcare industry; or equivalent experience.
