About the role
- Responsible for managing assigned projects from initiation to delivery
- Organizes project teams and assigns responsibilities
- Sets deadlines and monitors expenses
- Identifies and resolves obstacles to project completion
- Works with key partners to manage deployment and completion of the project
- Develops and documents plans for project preparation and execution
- Partners closely with subject matter experts to track project deliverables
- Provides cross-functional direction and guidance
- Ensures effective change management strategy is implemented
- Manages budget and resources including vendor management
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in health care, business administration, or a related major preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of project management, project support and/or leadership experience required
- Experience in denial mitigation strategy a plus.
