About the role
- Supports Payor Revenue Management, Patient Services, and Health Information Management by maintaining business relationships with vendors.
- Responsible for coordinating services and acting as a liaison between the company and vendors.
- Monitors vendor performance, initiates negotiation discussions, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Attends operations meetings, collaborates with revenue cycle operations, tracks outsourced accounts, and manages vendor audits.
- Develops and implements standards and procedures for vendor onboarding and service compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in management, finance, economics, or a related major preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience managing vendor relationships required.
- Having 3 or more years' experience in Epic healthcare revenue cycle operations is highly preferred.
