About the role
- Develops and implements strategic and operational plans to ensure the successful delivery of data, analytics, and AI solutions across the organization.
- Establishes and maintains a robust data governance framework to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Establishes and maintains a comprehensive AI governance framework for the responsible and scalable deployment of AI capabilities.
- Develops programs to enhance awareness and drive adoption of data and AI solutions.
- Designs and implements data and AI literacy programs to empower customers in making data-driven decisions.
- Implements quality assurance and risk management practices to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data and AI solutions.
- Builds and leads a high-performing team of analysts and business intelligence developers to deliver high-impact AI and data-driven solutions.
- Encourages professional development and growth of team members through mentorship and training opportunities.
- Manages operating and capital expenses for the department.
- Inspires the team to consistently deliver trusted, timely, and high-impact solutions to customers.
- Fosters collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive cohesive organizational efforts.
- Develops a robust feedback mechanism to gather and analyze customer insights.
- Engages actively with key stakeholders to understand their data and AI needs.
- Formulates strategies to build consensus within the team and among customers.
Requirements
- Minimum required - bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, analytics, computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field
- 10 years minimum required of healthcare clinical/financial data management experience. Experience in data, analytics, AI, and data governance.
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience of both data analytical and administrative staff in a healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with project management/agile development experience and program management, including strategic, financial and operational planning.
