About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate end-user meetings
- Provide advanced operational and application build expertise for sophisticated assignments
- Lead projects when applicable
- Perform sophisticated design, build, and implementation assignments and projects
- Translate sophisticated requirements and concepts into functionality
- Perform larger, more sophisticated, and technical assignments and projects
- Participate in re-engineering operational workflow processes with end-users and business owners
- Coordinate and facilitate integration of end-user and business-owner needs
- Translate clinical and operational needs and workflows into system specifications and configuration requirements
- Provide high-level expertise on design integration and touchpoints with other Epic modules and applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four (4) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Willow IP and Research workflows
- Full Willow Inpatient implementation and support experience
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required
- Project Management experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field preferred
- Epic Research Certification preferred
- Prefer someone living locally or willing to relocate to LA area, but open to remote in Approved States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas
