💰 $55,000 - $65,000 per year
About the role
- Assist in operation of a department and perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned
- Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs and Sheets
- Communicate effectively with Board of Directors (BOD), homeowners and co-workers
- Attend and facilitate Board of Directors meetings, annual meetings and special meetings (usually in the evening)
- Manage multiple HOA client relationships simultaneously
- Prepare meeting material packets and create budgets for communities
- Obtain and negotiate vendor contracts (landscaping, maintenance, etc.)
- Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with HOA documentation
- Review, interpret and answer questions on financial documents
- Assist clients with HOA concerns (maintenance, accounting, violations) and document communications
- Respond to homeowner questions related to statements, violations, maintenance
- Research and obtain information to resolve homeowners' needs
- Filing of paperwork and other assigned tasks
- Must be physically present in the office as the needs of the business dictates
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years related experience (minimum 24 months) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to retain and recall a large amount of detailed information
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently through assigned workloads
- Time management skills to maintain multiple client relationships
- Professional/business-appropriate conduct
- Ability to comprehend information clearly over the telephone
- Proficient with general office equipment (telephone, fax, copy machine)
- Proper grammar
- Prior HOA experience a plus
- General understanding of HOA documents helpful
- Bilingual helpful
- Must be located in or near Fredericksburg, VA
