• - Prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.
• - Organize employee files and HR documents electronically.
• - Scan and archive physical documents as needed.
• - Handle office mail and draft internal communications or announcements.
• - Track deadlines, send reminders, assist with evaluations, and maintain records.
• - Monitor training completion, maintain records, and coordinate logistics.
• - Assist with recognition programs, engagement surveys, and event planning.
