High-volume recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical personnel (Registered Dietitians, CDCESs, RNs, etc.) to appropriately staff customer programs based on member volume and forecasted staffing needs
Partner with the Clinical team on the selection process
Build and maintain an active pipeline of clinical candidates through sourcing and engagement
Support with call center and corporate recruitment efforts as needed
Support with the development of full life cycle recruitment processes, procedures, and policies to drive scalability and efficiency
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment-related laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Maintain in-depth knowledge of each unique customer program
Report to the Sr. HR Manager and play an active role in recruitment process development
