About the role
- High-volume recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical personnel (Registered Dietitians, CDCESs, RNs, etc.) to appropriately staff customer programs based on member volume and forecasted staffing needs
- Partner with the Clinical team on the selection process
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of clinical candidates through sourcing and engagement
- Support with call center and corporate recruitment efforts as needed
- Support with the development of full life cycle recruitment processes, procedures, and policies to drive scalability and efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment-related laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of each unique customer program
- Report to the Sr. HR Manager and play an active role in recruitment process development
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with high-volume recruiting and staffing of clinical personnel (Registered Dietitians, CDCESs, RNS, etc.)
- Experience recruiting independent contractors preferred
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience utilizing an ATS, scheduling applications, and learning management platforms
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment-related laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage processes and systems to support a growing business
- Energetic and positive personality with demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams
- Must reside in the US
