About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You'll be a key contributor to our product team, ensuring our user experience meets industry standards and aligns with our business goals.
  • Enhance User Experience & Engagement: You will play a critical role in designing intuitive and engaging user journeys.
  • Contribute to Our Design System: You will help maintain and enhance our design system, ensuring consistency across our digital platforms.
  • Take Ownership of Features: You will be responsible for taking features from concept to completion, considering all user touchpoints and edge cases.
  • Support Research-Driven Design: You will participate in user research efforts, gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: You will collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and other designers to ensure a seamless handoff between design and development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of UX design principles, user flows, and information architecture.
  • Experience with Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Experience as a UX designer, showcasing your previous work and skillset in a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your contribution to designing engaging user experiences.
  • Good understanding of the UX design process from research, concept, design, prototyping and user validation to implementation.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and the ability to conduct usability testing.
  • Thorough knowledge in the field of interaction design, visual design and (low & high fid) prototyping.
  • Strong UI design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Experience working closely with development teams and other stakeholders to implement designs.
  • Knowledge of design systems and experience in building or maintaining one.
