About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn after-sales into a competitive advantage by making the post-purchase stage clearer, more solution-oriented, and more autonomous for customers.
- Design and evolve the products that support the post-purchase journey across digital channels, including the "Minha Compra" module and customer service products.
- Organize and prioritize the after-sales backlog based on support data, complaints, NPS, and operational cost.
- Lead agile rituals, detail user stories with acceptance criteria, and make operational decisions during sprints.
- Map the post-order journey, identify reasons for contact with Customer Service (SAC), and build self-service solutions.
- Enhance the "Minha Compra" module with real-time tracking, clear status communication, and cancellation, exchange, and return flows.
- Monitor CSAT, post-delivery NPS, recontact rate, Average Handling Time (AHT/TMA), first-contact resolution, contact volume, and cost per interaction.
- Align priorities and solutions with Logistics, Customer Service (SAC), CRM, Technology, and UX.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Prior experience managing products with high operational complexity, multiple backend systems, and a large volume of customer interactions is a plus.
- Strong ability to interpret post-sales KPIs (CSAT, NPS, AHT/TMA, first-contact resolution rate, recontact rate, contact volume by reason).
- Experience with Power BI, Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, or analytical CRM tools is a plus.
- Proven ability in roadmap definition and backlog prioritization focused on reducing post-purchase friction.
- Familiarity with RICE, MoSCoW, and Jobs to be Done frameworks applied to customer service products.
- Understanding of integrations between OMS, ERP, CRM, customer support platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar), and digital channels.
- Ability to communicate with technical teams about APIs, webhooks, and order and support data architecture.
