About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and update project timelines for store maintenance, renovations, and new store openings;
Monitor and update project status for reporting and follow-up with departments;
Prepare executive/management presentations;
Facilitate clearer communication and reduce the time required for store teams to consume information;
Update area manuals, checklists and other documents, capturing and integrating input from stores using simple, customer-facing language to provide appropriate reference and training materials for stores;
Optimize and standardize operations for store openings and renovation processes, which are key store functions, to ensure compliance with procedures that involve financial risk to the business;
Proven ability to lead projects with multiple workstreams;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences and organizational levels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (completed);
Experience in Store Planning is a plus;
Experience in fashion retail is a plus;
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel;
Organized, analytical mindset with a focus on governance and results;
Leadership and a proactive attitude;
Strong organizational skills and a sense of priorities;
Clear and concise communication;
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands;
Availability to work in a hybrid format in Alphaville.
