About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Updating reports and compiling data
  • Defining and updating project schedules for store maintenance, renovations and openings
  • Managing creation of purchase orders (services/materials) and receiving invoices
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
  • Preparing management presentations
  • Facilitating clearer communication and reducing the time store teams need to read and process information
  • Updating department manuals, checklists and other documents, capturing and integrating input from stores using clear, customer-facing language to provide suitable reference and training materials for stores
  • Optimizing and standardizing operations for store openings and renovations—key store functions—to ensure compliance with procedures that involve financial risk to the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration or Production/Industrial Engineering preferred)
  • Experience with administrative routines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Store Planning is a plus
  • Experience in fashion retail is a plus
