About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and monitor the product portfolio aligned with the team’s strategy and act according to product performance;
Manage purchasing processes, negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and delivery deadlines;
Analyze OTB (Open-to-Buy) reports, sales projections, margin and inventory turnover, proposing adjustments when necessary;
Work closely with Style, Planning and Operations/Visual Merchandising (VM) teams to ensure execution of display, pricing and assortment strategies;
Visit suppliers and points of sale to monitor prices, quality, lead times and product performance in the market.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion, Marketing, Economics or related fields;
Experience in product management or buying within fashion retail;
Mandatory technical knowledge of footwear;
Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools;
Analytical mindset, strategic vision and strong results orientation;
Hands-on profile with strong practical involvement in executing projects and processes;
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams;
Availability to work in Alphaville – Barueri.
