About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically lead the Payroll, HR Processes, HR Systems, Labor Relations, Occupational Safety, Well-being and Employee Experience functions.
- Drive digital transformation, automation and process redesign projects to deliver productivity gains, scalability and financial efficiency.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems and technologies, leveraging digital solutions to enhance employee experience and business management.
- Develop KPIs, controls, and management and governance models that support decision-making and operational sustainability.
- Ensure correct application of labor legislation, collective agreements and conventions, and maintain strategic relationships with labor unions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven experience in Payroll, HR Processes and Labor Relations.
- Experience in automation, digitization and process transformation projects.
- Strong affinity for technology, HR systems and data-driven management.
- Track record of leading teams, managing change and delivering high-complexity projects.
- Strategic mindset with business acumen, results orientation and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
