About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct diagnostics of logistics processes (warehousing, transportation, distribution, planning, and end-to-end flows)
Identify continuous improvement opportunities focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost
Develop and maintain operational procedures
Support process standardization and implementation of best practices across distribution centers
Lead improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA
Design and implement 5S programs in distribution centers
Provide internal training on continuous improvement
Identify the need for new logistics performance indicators (KPIs), perform comparisons between distribution centers, and identify improvement opportunities
Monitor the implementation of proposed solutions, ensuring benefits are captured
Prepare analyses and executive presentations for participation in committees and decision-making forums

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
Solid experience in continuous improvement applied to logistics operations
Proven knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, and Kaizen methodologies
Experience with KPI management and data analysis
Advanced Excel; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is desirable
Analytical, proactive profile with a strong results orientation
Availability to travel
