About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Pre-Season and In-Season planning processes;
Manage key KPIs (sales, inventory and margin), ensuring alignment between commercial and corporate strategies in existing processes (RF, Plan/Stg);
Build scenarios and analyses focused on results and commercial actions;
Plan and steer the commercial strategy in a structured way, fostering cross-functional interaction, leading data-driven decision-making and ensuring objectives are met;
Manage people, developing the team and monitoring their progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
Advanced Excel;
Preferred: Experience with Power BI and SQL;
Preferred: Experience in the Retail sector;
Analytical profile, data- and numbers-oriented.
