About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the category's commercial activities, ensuring correct information flow and processes with internal departments and suppliers;
- Lead the product registration and release process in the PLM system, ensuring the quality and accuracy of product information;
- Be responsible for managing the area's order book, monitoring movements, identifying risks and proactively proposing solutions;
- Conduct follow-up on domestic and imported orders with suppliers and C&A Sourcing, ensuring alignment on deliveries, changes and schedules;
- Support Product Management in preparing materials for results meetings, tracking KPIs and monitoring defined action plans;
- Update receipt controls and monitor indicators related to the category's performance;
- Ensure alignment of information across partner areas such as Supply, Marketing, Planning and other stakeholders;
- Support the organization of product information for trade shows, conventions, the Big Show and other commercial events;
- Attend Mini OTB and Allocation meetings, tracking and addressing topics related to the category.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields;
- Previous experience in Commercial, Purchasing, Product or Planning-related activities;
- Advanced MS Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities;
- Knowledge in order book management, supplier follow-up and commercial KPIs;
- Intermediate English for email communication with international suppliers is a plus;
- Experience in fashion retail is a plus.
