About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the region's stores (job alignment, job posting, candidate outreach, interviews, group assessments)
  • Manage and track open positions
  • Job advertising and continuous sourcing from external recruitment channels
  • Monitor and manage recruitment and selection KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Availability to work in Jundiaí and to visit stores

  • Experience in recruitment and selection for store positions
  • Experience in retail and managing high-volume hiring
