About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the region's stores (job alignment, job posting, candidate outreach, interviews, group assessments)
- Manage and track open positions
- Job advertising and continuous sourcing from external recruitment channels
- Monitor and manage recruitment and selection KPIs
- Store visits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
- Availability to work in Jundiaí and to visit stores
- Familiarity with recruitment tools: LinkedIn, Gupy, Pandapé, etc.
- Experience in recruitment and selection for store positions
- Experience in retail and managing high-volume hiring
- Proficiency in Excel and data tools
