About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage inventory for physical stores and e-commerce, aiming to reduce stockouts without creating excess inventory;
Report and monitor supply area KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and performance gains;
Analyze inventory by evaluating historical demand and forecasts, as well as seasonality and promotional effects;
Prepare inventory for seasonal peaks, monitoring sales accelerations and mitigating stockouts;
Stock physical stores and e-commerce by aligning sales performance and stockout indicators with commercial strategy;
Assess variances and identify root causes of supply issues, and develop and execute consistent action plans;
Serve as the focal point for supply matters related to the categories under your responsibility;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
Availability to work in Alphaville - Barueri (São Paulo);
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Experience in supply, replenishment, and allocation;
Knowledge of Supply Chain is desirable.
