About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the reference for ITSM practices, continuous improvement, and the development of new practices to deliver focused work aligned with the business strategy.
  • Plan the implementation and/or optimization of IT governance processes and controls, aligned with area standards and market best practices, ensuring process compliance and excellence across all operations.
  • Drive improvements in governance process efficiency through work guided by performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Create mechanisms to monitor process performance to ensure maturity advancement.
  • Manage critical governance processes.
  • Serve as a focal point for internal and external audit processes to ensure alignment, organization, visibility, and efficiency in deliverables.
  • Lead action plans to resolve critical issues that may involve multiple teams.
  • Implement or enhance IT governance processes and controls, aligned with area standards and market best practices.
  • Identify, plan, and support technology teams in executing or implementing processes that add value and are aligned with business strategy.
  • Coordinate action plans to address problems and deviations that impact process maturity.
  • Participate in the incorporation of processes into the ITSM tool.
  • Present results reports on the progress of assessed processes to IT managers and leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Proven experience and expertise in IT governance.
  • Proven experience in IT process implementation/improvement projects (ITIL, CMMI, COBIT, among others).
  • Solid knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, LGPD (Brazilian data protection), and other applicable regulations.
  • Experience working in large enterprises.
  • Proven experience in incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management, risk/vulnerability management, asset management, and service catalog management.
  • Ability to deliver training and guide employees on processes and policies.
  • Experience monitoring and tracking IT metrics/KPIs.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps and Power BI.
  • Analytical thinking: ability to see the big picture and drive efficiency;
  • Influence: proven ability to steer decisions and motivate teams to achieve common goals;
  • Communication skills: ability to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams and all organizational levels;
  • Flexibility, resilience, and empathy.
