About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Demand and Payroll Evolutions Management
- Monitor and manage tickets, incidents and enhancement requests related to payroll and HR modules (Positions and Compensation, Transportation Allowance, Accounting Interface) with the vendor and internal teams.
- Ensure visibility and follow-up on requests, guaranteeing deadlines and the quality of deliveries.
- Release Planning and Governance
- Plan, monitor and track the payroll vendor's update schedule (releases).
- Ensure deadlines are met and the quality of system deliveries.
- Coordinate and oversee the homologation/testing process, ensuring that involved areas execute tests within agreed deadlines.
- Payroll Rule Configuration and Maintenance
- Configure new payroll criteria, rules and requirements according to business definitions and legislation.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and established governance for implementing changes.
- Ensure consistency and traceability of applied configurations.
- People & Culture Systems Support
- Handle tickets and requests related to Gente Online, Benefits and HR process workflows.
- Contribute to the stability, improvement and continuous evolution of these solutions.
- Payroll Quality and Cleanup
- Conduct continuous cleanup of payroll parameters to improve stability, performance and reduce inconsistencies.
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and propose structural improvements.
- Support improvements in data quality and reliability of generated information.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Experience with the LG/FPW system.
- Experience with implementation/parameterization of payroll systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll routines, eSocial and labor legislation.
- Knowledge of SQL and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Reports (reporting tools).
