About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare briefings and align scope with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders;
Analyze and control budgets, conducting studies and simulations to assess feasibility and return for the company;
Follow up on events with all involved teams and departments;
Review and monitor approved vs. actual budgets;
Manage administrative routines such as contracts, payments, and other requirements to ensure the smooth operation of the department and deliverables;
Create and implement detailed schedules to ensure all deadlines are met;
Conduct post-event analyses to identify lessons learned and propose continuous improvements;
Experience managing suppliers/vendors (production, logistics, promotional items, set design/scenography, etc.);

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field;
Proven experience in events, brand activations, and sponsorships;
Proactive, dynamic, organized, communicative, and strategic mindset;
Ability to work in fast-paced and constantly changing environments;
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse internal and external audiences;
Senior profile with strategic vision, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Proficiency in PowerPoint and creating executive presentations in PDF;
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
