About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, test, and maintain applications with a predominant focus on back-end, ensuring performance, scalability, and security;
Design and implement APIs, services, and integrations between internal and external systems;
Participate in software architecture definition, contributing technical decisions and best practices;
Optimize database queries and ensure efficient handling of large volumes of data;
Ensure code quality through automated tests, code reviews, and use of development standards;
Monitor, diagnose, and fix production issues, ensuring application stability and high availability;
Collaborate with front-end, product, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver complete, integrated solutions;
Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily standups, review, retrospective), contributing estimates and timelines;
Document technical solutions, APIs, and processes to support system maintenance and evolution;
Support and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed Bachelor's degree in Technology: Computer Science, Systems Development, or related fields;
Experience in backend-focused systems development;
Experience with C# (.NET);
Experience with Go (or another modern back-end language);
Development of RESTful APIs / GraphQL;
Experience with microservices or well-structured monoliths;
Knowledge of asynchronous processing / concurrency;
Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar);
Front-end experience (basic/intermediate);
Knowledge of React and API integration;
Understanding of state management;
Experience with databases;
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.);
Knowledge of data modeling;
Experience or familiarity with NoSQL (differential);
Knowledge of architecture and performance;
Experience with scalable systems;
Basics of distributed systems;
Use of caching (Redis or similar);
Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics);
Concern for performance and resilience;
Good communication with technical and business areas.
