About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Messaging planning and control: campaign prioritization, cadence of touches, and management of the communication cadence
  • Customer base analysis and segmentation: identifying priority audiences, optimal moments to engage, and activation opportunities
  • Daily monitoring of CRM performance, consolidating metrics and reporting to the team and management
  • Governance and organization of all active CRM initiatives, ensuring visibility of status, issues and opportunities
  • Conducting simulations and projecting expected impact by campaign, segment, or customer journey
  • Accessing and extracting data directly from the company's database for analyses, base studies and projection models
  • Identifying and proposing process improvements for the CRM operations team
  • Supporting the development and evolution of campaign management platforms, translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Continuous monitoring for anomalies in the database, performance drops and other operational warning signs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in CRM, with involvement in strategic planning of campaigns and customer journeys
  • Strong analytical thinking and data orientation — number-driven profile, not just executional
  • Mastery of campaign prioritization and governance concepts
  • Ability to build and track multiple performance indicators simultaneously
  • Experience with segmentation and customer base analysis (RFM, lifecycle, purchase behavior)
  • Technical ability to access databases (SQL or equivalent) for independent extraction and analysis
  • Ability to run simulations and projections based on historical data and scenarios
  • Broad strategic view of the customer base and impact — can see the big picture without losing attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to translate analyses into clear recommendations for management
  • Experience or familiarity with campaign automation and management platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is a plus).
