About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and support the performance of paid and organic channels, including paid media, SEO, CRM, WhatsApp, Loyalty/Points Program, Social Selling and Live Commerce;
- Perform performance diagnostics by channel, campaign, category, cohort and customer journey;
- Build unit economics analyses, evaluating CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin and payback;
- Develop models (Excel) and scenarios to support investment and capital allocation decisions;
- Identify signs of diminishing marginal growth and recommend resource reallocation to maximize incremental return;
- Prepare executive reports with insights, recommendations and action plans;
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Commercial (Sales), CRM, BI, Analytics, Technology, CX and Finance;
- Support A/B tests and experimentation initiatives for continuous performance improvement;
- Monitor market trends, benchmarks and new technologies applied to growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or related fields;
- Proven experience in digital performance, growth or e-commerce;
- Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, with autonomy to query and manipulate databases;
- Experience with analytics and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar);
- Familiarity with CRO concepts, conversion funnel and digital consumer behavior;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn data into executive recommendations.
