About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the transportation strategy for brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce
- Manage line haul, last mile, and hubs for store and e-commerce distribution
- Ensure high service levels (OTIF, SLA, lead time) and an excellent customer experience
- Lead teams and foster a high-performance culture
- Manage carriers and logistics service providers (3PLs)
- Optimize logistics costs (freight, routing, utilization, productivity)
- Implement digital solutions (TMS, routing, tracking, control tower)
- Monitor and act on operational and financial KPIs
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience managing transportation and logistics operations
- Experience with TMS implementation
- Easy access to the Raposo Tavares distribution center
