About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the technical reference for benefits and well-being, supporting the coordinator in decision-making with qualified analyses and market insight.
- Conduct feasibility studies, benchmarking and comparative analyses (cost, enrollment, impact and employee experience).
- Identify opportunities to optimize, innovate and redesign benefits and well-being programs.
- Anticipate market trends, regulatory changes and best practices in corporate health and quality of life.
- Analyze utilization data, claims experience (sinistrality), cost per capita and beneficiary behavior.
- Develop proposals to improve and redesign plans, policies and eligibility models.
- Support the coordinator in vendor negotiations, preparing technical studies, scenarios and simulations.
- Evaluate vendor performance from the perspectives of quality, employee/member experience and cost-effectiveness.
- Propose and structure innovative initiatives for physical, mental, social and financial health, aligned with organizational culture and ESG guidelines.
- Support the design and evolution of wellness programs, focusing on engagement, prevention and measurable impact.
- Monitor trends in mental health, hybrid care models, digital platforms and new approaches to quality of life.
- Develop and maintain management and executive dashboards for benefits and wellness, presenting clear KPIs and strategic insights.
- Consolidate data and analyses for presentations to committees, HR leadership and partner areas.
- Translate technical information and complex data into clear, decision-oriented executive narratives.
- Support the coordinator in preparing strategic materials for internal and external forums.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in corporate benefits and/or organizational wellness.
- Experience working in medium/large companies or consultancies.
- Experience with data analysis, market studies and strategic proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Engineering, Human Resources or related areas).
- Postgraduate degree/specialization in Benefits, Corporate Health, Analytics or ESG is desirable.
- Preferred:
- Experience building management reports, dashboards and executive presentations.
- Solid knowledge of benefits models, wellness programs and market trends.
- Ability to conduct studies, diagnostics and strategic redesign proposals.
