About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure efficient Facilities operations, maintaining KPIs, SLAs and quality standards.
  • Manage contracts, suppliers and procurement processes (including CCI), preparing technical scopes and evaluating cost–benefit.
  • Perform financial analyses, budget consolidation, forecasts and cost control for the area.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and presentations for the board and senior leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and implement solutions for corporate environments and workspaces.
  • Act as the business focal point, ensuring effective communication and alignment with internal areas and stakeholders.
  • Conduct audits, inspections and legal procedures related to the area, including hearings and expert assessments.
  • Oversee corporate travel processes, including policies, vendors, KPIs, compliance and budget.
  • Maintain structured relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and ESG standards.
  • Produce periodic reports with experience and operational performance indicators and evidence of Facilities and Workplace deliveries.
  • Participate in strategic meetings, providing technical analyses and information for projects and corporate initiatives.
  • Monitor Facilities and Workplace targets aligned with Well‑being, Experience and organizational culture strategies.
  • Work with a systemic view and associate-focused mindset, proposing simple, agile, sustainable solutions balanced between cost, quality and experience.
  • Supervise outsourced services that impact the associate journey, ensuring proper execution and adherence to SLAs.
  • Monitor workspaces and common areas, ensuring ergonomics, accessibility, comfort and a positive user experience.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance routines in partnership with Building Maintenance, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Prepare technical inspection reports (before and after) and follow up on corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with HR, SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety Service), leadership and internal areas, supporting operational and occupational safety demands.
  • Support projects for space reconfiguration, renovations, expansions and structural adaptations of the Head Office.
  • Monitor execution of outsourced Facilities services (technical cleaning, security, gardening, landscaping, concierge, transportation, fleet, cafeteria, mail services, pest control, access control, among others).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture or Engineering.
  • Postgraduate degree/MBA desirable (Facilities, Operations, Projects).
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards focused on Facilities (services) and Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with corporate ERPs (SAP or similar).
  • Contract, service and third‑party/vendor management.
  • Desirable: courses or specialization in Facilities, Building Technician qualification and/or specialization in Security and Asset Protection.
