About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your mission is to ensure a commercial strategy appropriate for the company.
- Analyze the market, customers, and competitors, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and an attractive, competitive positioning.
- Product management and procurement.
- Define product strategy.
- Ensure KPIs (margin, inventory turnover, and sales).
- Maintain a global view of the business; analyze opportunities and risks.
- Interface with the operations team (sell-out).
- Interface with major category suppliers (sell-in).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Availability to work in Alphaville – Barueri (São Paulo).
- Postgraduate studies are a plus.
- Experience in product management, strategy development, and supplier relationship management in fashion retail.
- Leadership profile.
