About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be responsible for the development and evolution of the area’s Power BI indicators and dashboards;
Support the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and hands-on sessions on Kanban, continuous flow, metrics, and evolutionary improvement;
Monitor metrics such as lead time, throughput, aging, and cumulative flow diagram (CFD) to inform decisions and improvements;
Assist in conducting maturity assessments and in creating evolution plans based on Lean and Kanban practices;
Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and governance areas to ensure strategic alignment;
Serve, together with the other Agile Coaches, as the focal point for the Agility Chapter;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
Proven experience in agile project management and process improvement;
Agile frameworks — Scrum: in‑depth knowledge of Scrum events, artifacts, and roles;
Experience with agile management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps;
Metrics and indicators analysis;
Backlog management;
Project and product management experience;
Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.
