About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the performance of e-commerce KPIs (sales, margin and inventory), monitoring results regularly and taking quick actions to correct deviations and capture opportunities;
- Work collaboratively with Product and Performance teams, ensuring alignment on assortment, pricing, exposure and promotional strategies;
- Orchestrate the e-commerce commercial calendar, prioritizing actions with the greatest impact on results and ensuring consistency with business guidelines and physical retail;
- Analyze performance by category, channel and campaigns, generating actionable insights and directing action plans focused on inventory turnover and profitability;
- Identify and develop growth levers, balancing sales volume, margin and inventory health;
- Manage and prioritize digital channel demands, making trade-offs across teams and ensuring focus on initiatives that generate the greatest business impact;
- Act as a bridge between e-commerce and commercial areas, translating business strategy into efficient, results-oriented digital execution;
- Lead, develop and engage the team, promoting clear goals, close follow-up, continuous feedback and a high-performance environment;
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the team’s deliverables, maintaining execution discipline and a results focus;
- Influence and coordinate with partner areas (Marketing, CRM, BI, Logistics and Technology), ensuring alignment and efficiency in executing commercial strategies;
- Produce analyses to support decision-making and the continuous improvement of the e-commerce operation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
- Postgraduate studies are a plus;
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce, working in commercial areas, with at least 2 years in a leadership position;
- Management of e-commerce indicators (revenue, margin, conversion, average ticket, ROI);
- Data analysis and result-oriented decision making;
- Knowledge of analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Power BI or similar);
- Familiarity with commercial planning dynamics, pricing, assortment and promotional strategies;
- Experience in team management and development.
