About the role

  • Support the development and updating of layouts for new and existing stores;
  • Create and modify basic technical drawings (floor plans, layouts, and simple details);
  • Assist in applying architectural manuals and store visual identity guidelines;
  • Support the team in layout analysis, following guidance from more experienced professionals;
  • Implement layout adjustments according to requests from expansion, construction, and operations teams;
  • Organize and keep project technical documentation up to date;
  • Provide support in liaising with suppliers and preparing technical materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Architecture and Urbanism.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Basic understanding of architectural projects and reading floor plans.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Interest in working with store and commercial environment projects.
  • Differentials:
  • Previous retail experience (internships, academic projects, or early-career positions).
  • Experience with commercial projects or store layouts.
  • Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D tools.
  • Interest in customer experience and store flow.
