About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and updating of layouts for new and existing stores;
Create and modify basic technical drawings (floor plans, layouts, and simple details);
Assist in applying architectural manuals and store visual identity guidelines;
Support the team in layout analysis, following guidance from more experienced professionals;
Implement layout adjustments according to requests from expansion, construction, and operations teams;
Organize and keep project technical documentation up to date;
Provide support in liaising with suppliers and preparing technical materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Architecture and Urbanism.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Basic understanding of architectural projects and reading floor plans.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Interest in working with store and commercial environment projects.
Differentials:
Previous retail experience (internships, academic projects, or early-career positions).
Experience with commercial projects or store layouts.
Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D tools.
Interest in customer experience and store flow.
