About the role
- Monitor and execute all payroll-related processes, including monthly close and reconciliations;
- Work with eSocial, ensuring correct submissions within legal deadlines;
- Manage and verify labor and social security contributions and liabilities;
- Interface with accounting to ensure the integrity of information;
- Prepare and monitor statutory filings and auxiliary obligations, such as DIRF;
- Execute accounting reconciliations and payroll provisions;
- Perform various labor-related calculations;
- Manage termination processes, from calculations to final verifications;
- Ensure correct execution, validation, and continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Solid knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation;
- Proficient in Excel;
- Knowledge of the FPW system is a plus;
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and critical thinking for reconciliations and analyses.
