About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and execute all payroll-related processes, including monthly close and reconciliations;
Work with eSocial, ensuring correct submissions within legal deadlines;
Manage and verify labor and social security contributions and liabilities;
Interface with accounting to ensure the integrity of information;
Prepare and monitor statutory filings and auxiliary obligations, such as DIRF;
Execute accounting reconciliations and payroll provisions;
Perform various labor-related calculations;
Manage termination processes, from calculations to final verifications;
Ensure correct execution, validation, and continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree;
Solid knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation;
Proficient in Excel;
Knowledge of the FPW system is a plus;
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and critical thinking for reconciliations and analyses.
