About the role
- Support the Quality coordination team, ensuring metrics and routine management aligned with the business.
- Implement improvement projects, conduct audits and address non-conformities.
- Analyze supplier performance (domestic and international).
- Participate in product development, defining quality standards and attributes.
- Technical evaluation of products (pre-, during and post-production), including complaint analysis.
- Assist in defining and enforcing quality guidelines for products and suppliers.
- Partner with internal areas (Patternmaking, Quality, Commercial) to ensure perceived product value.
- Manage and execute quality tools (Radar, defect catalog, trainings).
- Lead assessments and decisions regarding product recalls and supplier follow-ups.
- Apply quality policies during audits (stores and suppliers).
- Support the development of a quality culture through training.
- Apply quality methodologies and continuous improvement (PDCA, Lean Six Sigma, etc.).
- Conduct benchmarks and propose innovations.
- Develop and qualify new suppliers.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Production Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering, Fashion Design, or Styling.
- Desired training: courses focused on Quality Management.
- Professional experience in department stores, textile manufacturing and/or consumer goods.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
- Patternmaking knowledge is desirable.
