About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as HR Business Partner for Corporate teams.
- Monitor area indicators and KPIs.
- Manage HR processes across HR subsystems: Payroll, Compensation, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Selection, among others.
- Promote the company’s culture and values, acting as a guardian.
- Participate in leadership team meetings, translating area needs into HR solutions.
- Serve as the facilitator of key HR processes and policies with the client area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Intermediate Excel skills and ability to work with KPIs/metrics.
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
