About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as HR Business Partner for Corporate teams.
  • Monitor area indicators and KPIs.
  • Manage HR processes across HR subsystems: Payroll, Compensation, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Selection, among others.
  • Promote the company’s culture and values, acting as a guardian.
  • Participate in leadership team meetings, translating area needs into HR solutions.
  • Serve as the facilitator of key HR processes and policies with the client area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to work with KPIs/metrics.
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
