About the role

  • Responsible for translating operational needs and business rules into optimized system configurations within the intralogistics ecosystem (WMS, WCS, TMS, etc.)
  • Model operational flows in systems: Using deep knowledge of intralogistics systems and process-mapping tools to configure complex system strategies
  • Parameterize business rules: Through advanced parameter configuration in intralogistics systems, fine-tuning more complex algorithms
  • Manage the testing cycle: Preparing unit and integration test plans, coordinating execution with Functional Analysts and vendors, and validating data integrity and flows
  • Act as the technical focal point with vendors: Interacting directly with vendors' technical support to resolve issues and follow up on improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing intralogistics systems
  • Knowledge of logistics systems such as WMS, WCS and TMS
  • Experience with system integrations (REST API)
  • Understanding of logistics flows, supply chain and retail operations
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies.
