About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for translating operational needs and business rules into optimized system configurations within the intralogistics ecosystem (WMS, WCS, TMS, etc.)
Model operational flows in systems: Using deep knowledge of intralogistics systems and process-mapping tools to configure complex system strategies
Parameterize business rules: Through advanced parameter configuration in intralogistics systems, fine-tuning more complex algorithms
Manage the testing cycle: Preparing unit and integration test plans, coordinating execution with Functional Analysts and vendors, and validating data integrity and flows
Act as the technical focal point with vendors: Interacting directly with vendors' technical support to resolve issues and follow up on improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing intralogistics systems
Knowledge of logistics systems such as WMS, WCS and TMS
Experience with system integrations (REST API)
Understanding of logistics flows, supply chain and retail operations
Familiarity with testing methodologies.
