About the role

  • Translate operational needs and business rules into optimized system configurations within the intralogistics ecosystem (WMS, WCS, TMS, etc.).
  • Model operational flows in systems: use in-depth knowledge of intralogistics systems and process design tools to configure complex system strategies.
  • Parameterize business rules: configure advanced parameters in intralogistics systems, adjusting complex algorithms.
  • Manage test cycles: develop unit and integration test plans, coordinate execution with Functional Analysts and vendors, and validate data integrity and process flows.
  • Act as the technical focal point with vendors: interact directly with system vendors' technical support to resolve issues and monitor improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing intralogistics systems.
  • Experience with logistics systems such as WMS, WCS and TMS.
  • System integrations (REST APIs).
  • Understanding of logistics flows, supply chain and retail.
  • Testing methodologies.
