About the role
- Your mission is to ensure an appropriate commercial strategy for the company;
- Analyze the market, customers and competitors to ensure comprehensive product knowledge and achieve an attractive and competitive positioning;
- Product management and purchasing;
- Define the product strategy;
- Ensure KPIs (margin, inventory turnover and sales);
- Maintain a global business perspective, analyzing opportunities and risks;
- Interface with the operations team (sell-out);
- Interface with major category suppliers (sell-in).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Availability to work in Alphaville - Barueri (SP);
- Postgraduate degree considered a plus;
- Experience in product management, strategy development and supplier relationship management in fashion retail;
- Leadership profile.
