About the role

  • Develop SQL queries to extract and process accounting data;
  • Create dashboards and management reports in BI tools to support decision-making;
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance;
  • Post and control accounting entries in accordance with the National Financial System standards;
  • Support the monthly accounting close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of results;
  • Prepare and validate CADOC files (e.g., 3040, 2061, 4010) and other reports required by BACEN (Central Bank of Brazil);
  • Perform reconciliations and cross-checks between accounting balances and regulatory information;
  • Assess BACEN and CVM regulations applicable to financial institutions;
  • Experience with regulatory reporting and BACEN communication channels (SCR, CRD, STA, etc.).

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting (BSc in Accounting or equivalent);
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or related fields preferred;
  • Experience in accounting for financial institutions, including BACEN standards, COSIF and CADOC reporting;
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and experience analyzing and reconciling credit operations;
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating data;
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience integrating Excel with databases;
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar);
  • Knowledge of DBeaver (database tool) and SAP is a plus.
