About the role
- Your mission is to ensure a commercial strategy aligned with the company's objectives
- Analyze the market, customers and competitors, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and thereby an attractive and competitive positioning
- Product management and purchasing
- Define product strategy
- Ensure KPIs (margin, inventory turnover and sales)
- Overall business perspective, analysis of opportunities and risks
- Interface with the operations team (sell-out)
- Interface with major category suppliers (sell-in).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Availability to work in Alphaville - Barueri
- Postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage
- Experience in product management, strategy development and supplier relationship management in fashion retail
- Leadership skills.
