About the role
- Manage inventory for physical stores and e-commerce, aiming to reduce stockouts without creating excess inventory;
- Report and monitor replenishment area KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and performance increases;
- Analyze inventory using historical demand and projections, as well as seasonality and promotion factors;
- Prepare inventory for seasonal peaks by monitoring sales accelerations and mitigating stockouts;
- Replenish physical stores and e-commerce by aligning sales performance and stockout indicators with commercial strategy;
- Evaluate deviations and investigate root causes of replenishment issues, as well as develop and execute consistent action plans;
- Serve as the focal point for replenishment matters related to the categories of responsibility;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Availability to work in Alphaville - Barueri (SP, Brazil);
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Experience in supply, replenishment, and allocation;
- Knowledge of Supply Chain is desirable.
