About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects and face of the development team to the customer
Define technical solutions at an architectural and design level aligned with client business problems
Understand customer requirements, translate to solutions, and communicate to clients
Write/estimate Stories, monitor Developer's work, and own overall quality and delivery of development
Responsible for Sprint demos, development artifacts, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Work collaboratively with Engagement Manager to monitor scope creep
Mentor Developers and Technical Consultants on technical design standards and best practices
Perform research into technology partner or vendor solutions for integration
Contribute to continual improvement of Delivery Services processes and maturing of portfolios and capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have an active Top Secret clearance
Active IAT-II certification
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience OR 9+ years experience
1.5+ years on the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow CSA (current or within 6 months of hire)
ServiceNow CIS-ITSM (current or within 6 months of hire)
Proven consulting experience leading development and delivery of ITSM solutions
Additional experience in one or more: CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, SecOps, or SAM
Understanding of SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
Experience with JavaScript scripting on the ServiceNow platform
Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and leading scrum teams
