About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects and face of the development team to the customer
- Define technical solutions at an architectural and design level aligned with client business problems
- Understand customer requirements, translate to solutions, and communicate to clients
- Write/estimate Stories, monitor Developer's work, and own overall quality and delivery of development
- Responsible for Sprint demos, development artifacts, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- Work collaboratively with Engagement Manager to monitor scope creep
- Mentor Developers and Technical Consultants on technical design standards and best practices
- Perform research into technology partner or vendor solutions for integration
- Contribute to continual improvement of Delivery Services processes and maturing of portfolios and capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have an active Top Secret clearance
- Active IAT-II certification
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience OR 9+ years experience
- 1.5+ years on the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow CSA (current or within 6 months of hire)
- ServiceNow CIS-ITSM (current or within 6 months of hire)
- Proven consulting experience leading development and delivery of ITSM solutions
- Additional experience in one or more: CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, SecOps, or SAM
- Understanding of SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
- Experience with JavaScript scripting on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and leading scrum teams
