Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a thought leader for CDW Technology and the Software Engineering function.
  • Provide strategic leadership for enterprise software engineering initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or business.
  • 15+ years in enterprise software development environments.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams and large technology programs.
  • Experience envisioning and delivering large transformation programs that significantly impact the organization’s strategy.
  • Experience with DevOps, Secure development, and QA Automation best practices in an Agile environment.
  • Cloud native development experience is a plus
