About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and motivate an inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Set clear expectations around performance, activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Support the team with deal strategy, objection handling, and commercial decision-making
- Work closely with field sales, account managers, and internal stakeholders to drive growth
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, creating clear development and progression plans
- Promote a positive, high-accountability sales culture focused on customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing an inside sales or telesales team
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing talent
- Commercial mindset with experience driving team performance and revenue outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and sales data
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
