About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct Contract Management for assigned contracts or portions of very large contracts
Draft and negotiate master sales agreements, special programs, teaming agreements, amendments, addenda, and other contractual documents
Educate sellers, partners, and customers on proper contract usage
Work with assigned Contract Analysts to ensure proper accounting and timely delivery of fees and other data-related deliverables
Serve as consultant to the Pre-Award teams and provide strategic guidance for profitable programs
Manage pricing across contracts and drive best price scenarios
Maintain internal resources for integral contract information
Ensure appropriate closeout of concluded contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
2 years of relevant contracts management experience
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of standard procurement contracting and proposals process
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
Ability and willingness to travel 10% or as needed to other CDW locations, meeting and client site
3 to 5 years of experience managing or administering contracts within the IT or a similar industry, is a plus
