About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, aligning business needs with Digital Experience and ITAD solutions
Lead discovery conversations, solution design, and service scoping across the sales lifecycle
Develop appropriate assessment and service solutions for CDW customers, including architecture, optimizations, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory services
Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to offer consultative guidance, plan sales strategy, and author statements of work (SOWs)
Analyze technical and competitive considerations, defining actions to meet customer requirements in the sales cycle
Maintain strong customer and partner relationships while supporting territory and pipeline strategy
Act as a subject matter expert and support enablement, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role
Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high quality work with minimal guidance
Industry knowledge and domain expertise - Digital Experience and ITAD solutions
Team collaboration and leadership
Solution design and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and statements of work preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
