About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and partners to develop, deliver and manage incentive investment programs
- Articulate the unique value proposition of CDW’s Sales Incentives program
- Coordinate program effectiveness reporting and make strategic recommendations
- Meet or exceed financial results specific to the role’s function
- Be the subject matter expert relative to sales incentive strategy
- Engage regularly with assigned partners to ensure stakeholders are up to date
- Position CDW investment opportunities to both internal and external customers
- Communicate program results tied to CDW’s incentive performance
- Deliver a bi-quarterly forecast of gross spiff investment
- Track, analyze, and provide regular updates on assigned book of business
- Conduct trainings on Sales Incentive program guidelines, processes, and tools
- Identify challenges or risk in the business and escalate to leadership for review.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years sales/marketing experience OR 6 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or CDW PPM
- Proficient communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively interact and present to all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to conduct and favorably close negotiations
- Self-motivated with a history of working independently
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships
- Proven record of multitasking and identifying priorities
- Demonstrated financial and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in the technology industry
- Sales incentives experience.
