About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and partners to develop, deliver and manage incentive investment programs
  • Articulate the unique value proposition of CDW’s Sales Incentives program
  • Coordinate program effectiveness reporting and make strategic recommendations
  • Meet or exceed financial results specific to the role’s function
  • Be the subject matter expert relative to sales incentive strategy
  • Engage regularly with assigned partners to ensure stakeholders are up to date
  • Position CDW investment opportunities to both internal and external customers
  • Communicate program results tied to CDW’s incentive performance
  • Deliver a bi-quarterly forecast of gross spiff investment
  • Track, analyze, and provide regular updates on assigned book of business
  • Conduct trainings on Sales Incentive program guidelines, processes, and tools
  • Identify challenges or risk in the business and escalate to leadership for review.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years sales/marketing experience OR 6 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or CDW PPM
  • Proficient communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively interact and present to all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct and favorably close negotiations
  • Self-motivated with a history of working independently
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships
  • Proven record of multitasking and identifying priorities
  • Demonstrated financial and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience in the technology industry
  • Sales incentives experience.
