Key responsibilities & impact

Develop appropriate assessment and service solutions for CDW customers
Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales
Analyze technical and competitive considerations in sales cycle
Maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal sales & delivery management
Grow influence in your assigned territory by high levels of engagement
Act as a subject matter expert in multiple families of products and solutions
Drive outreach initiatives, technical enablement projects, coaching, and mentoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 8 years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role
Or, 12 years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role
Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high quality work with minimal guidance
Industry knowledge and domain expertise
Team collaboration and leadership
Customer-focused approach
Solution design and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed
